Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in the Service (such as proposals, files, notes, and messages). You grant Cr8ivMedia permission to host, store, and process that content only to provide the Service and related features (for example generating PDFs, sharing client views, or maintaining activity history).

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control. Features may change over time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page; continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Cr8ivMedia disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Cr8ivMedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Service.
